Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are strictly protected according to HIPAA guidelines and professional standards.

What conditions do you treat?

We provide care for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, sleep issues, mood disorders, and adjustment challenges, among others.

What can I expect during my first session?

You'll undergo a full psychiatric evaluation, where we discuss your symptoms, history, and goals. A personalized treatment plan will be created just for you.

What is a psychiatric nurse practitioner?

A psychiatric nurse practitioner is a registered nurse with advanced academic and clinical experience. They can perform assessments, make diagnoses, provide therapy, and prescribe medications for psychiatric disorders.

Note: They are not psychiatrists. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor with specialized training in psychiatry. If your situation requires a psychiatrist, we will assist you with the referral process.

How do I get my medication refilled?

Medications are prescribed to last until your next appointment. It is expected that refills won't be needed between visits. Urgent requests may take up to 48 hours to process. Early refill requests for controlled substances will not be honored.

How are payments collected?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept personal checks, cash, credit cards, and qualifying insurance. Credit card payments include a small service fee, and returned checks incur a $10 fee.

Will these appointments be covered by insurance?

What is the procedure to cancel an appointment?

Appointments must be canceled at least one business day (24 hours) in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $50 fee. Please note: Insurance does not usually reimburse missed appointments.
